Third-card rules
Cards count face value; 10s and face cards count 0; only the last digit of the total matters.
Naturals: either hand showing 8 or 9 on the first two cards — both stand.
Player hits on 0–5, stands on 6–7.
Banker hits on 0–2 no matter what.
